Network Team Lead (Quantitative Technology)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for a highly technical network function.
• Design, operate, and evolve datacentre and WAN networking infrastructure.
• Work hands-on with Cisco and Arista platforms and BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and MPLS.
• Develop network automation and infrastructure-as-code workflows using Python and Ansible.
• Improve infrastructure reliability, observability, and operational practices with SRE methods.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in enterprise and high-performance networking.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or Arista technologies.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, and MPLS.
• Experience with Python, Ansible, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry and network observability.
• Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom.
