Mobile QA Automation Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote from Ukraine, with GMT+3/GMT+0 working-hour alignment

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and convert them into automated test suites.
• Design, develop, and maintain a scalable AI-based automation framework for mobile applications.
• Continuously improve automated test coverage for complex scenarios across mobile products.
• Integrate modern AI solutions into QA workflows to improve operational efficiency and delivery speed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in automation and mobile application testing.
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into automation workflows.
• Familiarity with Appium, Maestro, GitHub Actions, Android Studio, ADB, and Logcat.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Hiring process

• 30-minute HR interview.
• Take-home test task requiring approximately 3–4 hours.
• 60-minute technical discussion with the Head of QA, followed by a 30-minute final interview.
