Junior Key Account Associate Italy (f/m/d) (Retail)

Location: hirify.global HQ Berlin, Germany; candidates must live in Berlin or Milan or be willing to relocate to either city. Hybrid work is available.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day back-office workflows and support Key Account Managers with account execution.
• Prepare customer meetings, sales quotations, commercial reports, and account administration.
• Handle routine customer communication, complaints, credit note workflows, promotional calendars, and secondary placements.
• Compile assortment overviews and maintain master data for existing products and new SKU launches.
• Identify manual sales tasks and support workflow automation and AI tool integration.

Requirements

• Completed university studies and initial practical experience, ideally in retail.
• Analytical, technology-oriented mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools and Google Workspace.
• Confident customer-facing communication and a detail-oriented, autonomous working style.
• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• Residence in Berlin or Milan, or willingness to relocate to either city.
