Quantexa Senior Manager (Tech Lead)

What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle Quantexa implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, and production deployment.
• Manage use-case-specific configurations covering data ingestion, entity resolution, scoring, and contextual network generation.
• Act as the primary technical interface for client stakeholders, delivery teams, and business subject-matter experts.
• Run workshops, technical sessions, backlog grooming, and agile delivery across multiple pods and use cases.
• Review code, guide development teams on data modelling and performance tuning, and collaborate with architects and data engineers on broader big data integrations.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Mandatory Quantexa Technical Certification and proven experience delivering end-to-end Quantexa SDLC implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Quantexa Entity Resolution, Scoring Framework, Contextual Network Generation, and UI Configuration.
• Strong experience with Scala, Apache Spark, Hadoop, Elasticsearch, and data modelling for large-scale analytics platforms.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, technical design, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering Quantexa solutions for financial services, fraud, AML, or KYC use cases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, data governance, data quality, and enterprise data security.
• Degree or Master's qualification in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
