Business/System Analyst

Salary: €1,775–€3,000 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

hirify.global is a technology services company with an established Business Analysis and System Analysis practice supporting international customer projects.

What you will do

• Lead stakeholder identification, engagement, requirements elicitation, validation, and change management.
• Translate business and system requirements into user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Manage product backlog prioritization, decomposition, dependencies, and delivery alignment.
• Create UML, BPMN, data mapping, process flow, and other visual models to support solution design.
• Contribute to API requirements, data contracts, integration design, UAT, functional testing, and feature verification.
• Coordinate development, QA, UX/UI, and external partners; facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, demos, and presentations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of UML and BPMN, plus experience with REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Good SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Understanding of microservices, system integration, Agile/Scrum, and Lean principles.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Draw.io, PlantUML, Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Camunda, and IntelliJ IDEA.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with Balsamiq, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Azure, Oracle, Microsoft, UiPath, AWS, or Anthropic certifications.
