Talent Development Partner

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid workplace with remote work possible up to 2 days per week. The role supports teams across 9 European countries and may involve annual travel to Barcelona, Milan, or Brussels.

What you will do

• Implement talent development strategies in partnership with HR business partners, HR directors, and business leaders.
• Analyze development needs and design, deploy, and facilitate blended learning programs, workshops, academies, and internal learning communities.
• Manage learning platforms, training providers, budgets, attendance, evaluations, reporting, and data quality.
• Coordinate the group HR cycle, including performance reviews, workload and professional interviews, and talent reviews for more than 4,000 employees.
• Partner with the HRIS team to implement and optimize HR processes in Workday, while supporting managers with guides, webinars, reporting, and action plans.
• Lead group onboarding, employee engagement activities through Officevibe/Workleap, and HR projects such as AI for Talent Development, skills matrices, and career maps.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in HR development, HR projects, or HR generalist work.
• Advanced skills in G-Suite, especially Google Sheets, and Excel; familiarity with Workday is beneficial.
• Strong communication, influencing, facilitation, public speaking, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.
• English at B2–C1 level is required for written and oral communication in a multilingual environment.

Nice to have

• Spanish or Italian language skills.
• Comfort with AI or strong curiosity and willingness to learn about it.

Hiring process
