What you will do

• Review simulated retail scenarios and workflows for accuracy and real-world relevance.
• Provide guidance on retail best practices, operational standards, and compliance requirements.
• Create and refine content covering retail operations, sales, and customer service.
• Evaluate workflow logic, decision-making processes, and AI-generated outputs.
• Clarify retail terminology, operational details, and industry-specific challenges.
• Collaborate remotely to communicate expertise and maintain high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in retail trade, operations, or a related field.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, retail sales supervision, general management, or private investigation in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail workflows, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
