Senior Consultant (Strategy & Implementation)

What you will do

• Manage project streams and consulting projects from research through delivery.
• Conduct market research, analysis, benchmarking, and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and implementation plans.
• Evaluate business models, value propositions, market-entry options, acquisitions, and strategic roadmaps using financial scenarios and simulations.
• Develop strategic recommendations and identify priorities for clients in collaboration with market insight and industry teams.
• Build client relationships, support commercial activities, and coach junior team members.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or MBA in a related business discipline; an engineering background is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in strategy development and implementation, including at least 2 years in the Saudi or Gulf markets with consulting firms.
• Experience in strategy consulting projects within the advanced manufacturing and industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrable experience across at least 7 areas including performance management, process and SOP design, operating models, governance, roadmaps, cost optimization, AI/digital/analytics strategy, corporate strategy, and go-to-market strategy.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication, client relationship-building, and project management skills.
• Complete fluency in English and the ability to work autonomously with remote supervision and multicultural teams.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience in international environments and cross-industry professional experience.
