Network Engineer III (Gaming) (Routing/Firewalls): Building and maintaining secure, resilient network infrastructure for Class II gaming systems across data centers and customer environments with an accent on routing, VPN connectivity, firewall platforms, and regulatory compliance. Focus on leading complex network triage, designing scalable architectures, and executing site deployments and modernization in a highly available 24x7 production environment.

What you will do
- Design, build, maintain, and improve secure and scalable networks for Class II gaming systems.
- Own network build decisions across primary and secondary data centers and customer environments.
- Define networking standards, reference architectures, and implementation guidelines.
- Lead complex troubleshooting across routing, VPNs, firewalls, and multisite networks.
- Plan network changes, assess risks, and support site deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and modernization.
- Coordinate with gaming regulators and internal compliance teams to maintain regulatory alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- More than 5 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise, data center, or service provider networking.
- Strong knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, DNS, and DHCP.
- Production experience with BGP, IPsec VPN connectivity, enterprise firewalls, and secure network segmentation.
- Experience with network monitoring, diagnostics, and analytics platforms in highly available or regulated environments.
- Ability to obtain required Tribal Gaming licenses, including background investigations and other applicable licensing requirements.
Nice to have
- Seven or more years of network engineering experience.
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSE, or equivalent certification.
- Palo Alto Networks and Panorama experience.
- Experience with SD-WAN, VXLAN, EVPN, data center networking, Python, or PowerShell.
