What you will do

• Support Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) missions and advance intelligence capabilities.
• Optimize and configure collection resources while evaluating technical mission requirements.
• Translate mission requirements into technical analyses, evaluations, and actionable recommendations.
• Analyze foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, process, and disseminate SIGINT information.
• Collaborate with military services, Second and Third Party partners, and industry vendors to develop mission solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 contractor personnel.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• 5+ years within the last 10 years working with modern digital or optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching networks, or internet communications.
• Experience with SIGINT target development, analytic methodologies, reporting repositories, databases, and independent research.
• Ability to develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information.
• Strong critical-thinking, reasoning, and independent research skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required. A bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, information systems, engineering science, engineering management, or a related discipline is also required.
