Upsell Sales Specialists (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States; Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Mountain Time

Salary: $18/hour plus targeted commission of $25,500/year

What you will do

• Engage existing customers through daily outbound calls.
• Discuss enhanced protection options, upgrades, and additional product features.
• Consult customers on personalized solutions for strengthening online safety.
• Achieve or exceed monthly upsell and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales approaches and customer experience.
• Stay informed about cybersecurity news and industry trends.
