Casino Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote; role focused on the Danish market

Company

hirify.global is an international iGaming company operating a regulated casino product.

What you will do

• Own and execute the casino strategy for the Danish market.
• Curate and optimize the game portfolio while managing relationships with external game providers.
• Monitor RTP, GGR, player engagement, and other casino performance KPIs to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop localized campaigns, promotional mechanics, free spins, bonuses, and retention initiatives with Marketing and CRM.
• Improve the casino lobby, mobile experience, UX, and support new feature development with Product and Tech.
• Lead, mentor, and support Casino Coordinators and Analysts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Casino Management, Casino Product, or a similar iGaming role.
• Strong understanding of casino products, game providers, player lifecycle, and promotional mechanics.
• Experience with RTP, GGR, player engagement, and other casino KPIs.
• Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Experience working with the Danish iGaming market.
• Knowledge of Danish gambling regulations.
• Experience managing leading casino game provider relationships.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Familiarity with casino back-office and analytics platforms.
