Creative Motion Designer (Mobile Apps)

Location: EU or Ukraine, with remote, hybrid, or office-based work available; Kyiv office option

What you will do

• Create short videos and other advertising creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Adapt stock-image templates by finding, disassembling, and modifying source materials.
• Develop fresh creative concepts, illustrations, and UI animations.
• Analyze creative performance and produce variations of successful concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing specialists to brainstorm ideas and evaluate competitive advertising strategies.
• Use ChatGPT to support copywriting for creative videos.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience creating advertising creatives and illustrations.
• Familiarity with Figma and UI animation.
• Solid understanding of animation principles.
• Basic copywriting skills and experience writing prompts with ChatGPT.
• Awareness of current design and animation trends.
