Senior DevOps Kubernetes

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. The role is based at the headquarters, with remote work available after the probation period.

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize on-premises and cloud Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines for containerized environments.
• Create and maintain Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and other infrastructure automation.
• Implement security controls including network policies, RBAC, secrets management, firewalls, VPNs, and certificate management.
• Set up monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK while identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Support development teams, organize the work of Linux DevOps engineers, provide training, and contribute to open-source projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and proven experience building, improving, and maintaining Kubernetes clusters.
• Advanced degree in computer science, minimum Bac+5.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms such as OVH, and on-premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Ansible, networking, and infrastructure security.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues in multi-tier environments and document systems, policies, and procedures.
• Good level of English and ability to collaborate in an international, cross-functional team.
