Accountant (M/F)

Location: Based at the company's headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. The company has a telecommuting policy for many employees, but this role is based at the headquarters.

Salary: €30,000–€50,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage cash flow and support project financial monitoring, including tracking service progress, overspending, and unstaffed or incomplete projects.
• Coordinate subcontracting activities, including contracts, purchase requests, authority reporting, service monitoring, and validation.
• Manage public procurement processes, including receivables, subcontracting declarations, price updates, and ChorusPro operations.
• Maintain client files, handle renewals and archiving, and manage invoicing, factoring, and collection activities.
• Implement and monitor compliance with client administrative procedures and prepare financial reports.
• Perform year-end closing entries, payroll control, and VAT and turnover declarations, including CA3.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in an accounting role, ideally in the digital sector.
• Higher education in accounting or finance, at minimum Bac+2.
• Experience with Excel and Sage 100.
• Strong organization, meticulousness, communication skills, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within an international and multi-company environment.
