Atlas HXM is looking for a Senior Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager to join us on a 10-month fixed-term contract.

In this role, you’ll lead our regulatory strategy and help oversee corporate governance across our global legal entity network. You’ll monitor regulatory changes across jurisdictions, act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, and work closely with our Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Operations teams to keep our global entity network on solid footing.

We’re looking for someone with:
✅ 8+ years in corporate governance, legal entity management, or corporate legal compliance
✅ Experience managing compliance across multiple jurisdictions, especially in EMEA
✅ Regulatory affairs expertise, ideally with a focus on licensing (EOR experience is a big plus)

📍 Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, or the UK
