Video Creative Designer (Mobile Gaming)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with remote days on Fridays

What you will do

• Create mobile video ads designed to engage millions of users.
• Benchmark competitor creatives and experiment with new ideas for mobile games.
• Analyze how creative work performs and understand its impact on marketing results.
• Collaborate within a small, diverse creative squad.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including testing new creative tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional proficiency in video editing and content creation.
• Expert-level After Effects skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, or Runway.
• Strong familiarity with the mobile gaming market, especially hypercasual and casual games.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software or Unity.
• A creative approach and hacker mindset.
