TL;DR
DevOps Lead (Azure/Kubernetes): Owning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and developer experience across Azure and DigitalOcean with an accent on automation, security, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code. Focus on operating containerized environments, improving observability, establishing DevSecOps governance, and optimizing reliable web infrastructure.
Location: Frederiksberg, Denmark; daily work at the Frederiksberg office

What you will do
- Own the operation and maintenance of server environments, primarily Microsoft Azure and DigitalOcean.
- Manage containerization, orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and pipeline optimization.
- Improve developer experience and streamline Infrastructure as Code processes across projects.
- Elevate logging, monitoring, and observability across the infrastructure.
- Define DevSecOps governance, including secure secrets handling, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection, and DDoS protection.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend developers, system architects, and other cross-functional specialists.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and operations.
- Deep experience with Azure and DigitalOcean, including cost optimization and budget monitoring.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and automation.
- Practical Infrastructure as Code experience with Bicep, Terraform, or similar tools.
- Experience with web servers and Linux environments, including NGINX, DNS, patching, and backups.
- Experience with logging, observability, DevSecOps, and secure infrastructure operations.
Nice to have
- Agency experience.
- Experience with performance, stress, load, or soak testing of cloud environments.
- Experience with Grafana, Site24x7, Better Stack, or similar observability tools.
