Location: Athens, Greece

Salary: €1,300–€1,700 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications

What you will do

• Support the development and adaptation of English language teaching materials across print and digital formats.
• Develop ELT materials across multiple levels and components.
• Copyedit and proofread manuscripts, content, and supplementary materials.
• Ensure consistency with house style, curriculum requirements, and pedagogical standards.
• Coordinate with internal, design, and production teams while managing schedules and tight editorial deadlines.
• Manage complex localisation projects for international markets.

Requirements

• More than five years of editorial experience in ELT or educational publishing, preferably in Primary or Secondary Education.
• Degree in English, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, Education, Publishing, or a related field.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency.
• Knowledge of ELT methodology and educational content.
• Strong project management, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, editorial judgement, creativity, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies or a Master's Degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
