What you will do

• Analyze communications signals, including bitstreams, waveforms, and protocols.
• Characterize network traffic and troubleshoot networking and protocol issues.
• Analyze network security and RF signals.
• Determine signal characteristics and structure, define parameters, and model signal behavior.
• Support research and development involving weapons and space systems.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Doctoral degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 6 years, bachelor's degree with 8 years, or associate's degree with 10 years.
• Bachelor's degree, when applicable, must be in engineering, mathematics, computer science, physical science, or a related technical field.
• Strong demonstrated networking and protocol performance.
• For candidates with a high school diploma or GED: 12 years of experience plus completion of qualifying military signals-analysis training, including courses 451 or 452 or participation in the Military COMINT Signals Analysis Program.

Nice to have

• COMINT, ELINT, or FISINT experience.
• Experience with research and development, weapons, or space programs.
