Manual QA Engineer (Telecommunications)

Work in a multinational environment on international projects with a stable long-term project pipeline.

What you will do

• Prepare and execute manual test cases and scenarios for complex telecommunications, billing, and enterprise IT systems.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate business requirements, system functionality, data flows, files, data streams, and system responses.
• Analyse application logs and test results, identify defects, and document them in test management systems.
• Retest developer fixes, maintain test data, and document test execution results.
• Collaborate with Developers, Analysts, and other Testers in Agile teams where applicable.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of commercial experience in manual software testing.
• Experience preparing and executing test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience identifying, reporting, and retesting defects.
• Understanding of software development and testing processes, requirements, and technical documentation.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools, plus basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications, billing, banking, or other complex enterprise systems.
• Experience with ALM Quality Center, Jira, Postman, REST/SOAP API testing, SQL database validation, XML, or JSON.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and basic test automation knowledge.
• Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
