HR Intern

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid working with a base in the Milan office

Salary: €800 monthly internship allowance, plus meal vouchers

What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Support HR projects focused on pay transparency, pay equity certification, training planning, and employee engagement.
• Help organize internal events and employee communications for the Milan office.
• Learn HR processes, tools, and Italian employment basics during the first six months.
• Take ownership of a defined HR project and gain exposure to South Europe HR topics during months 7–12.
• Work with HR Managers, Payroll & Administration, and line managers across Italy, France, Spain, and Greece.

Requirements

• Recent Bachelor's or Master's degree, or expected graduation soon, in Human Resources, Law, Business, or Labour Studies.
• Eligibility for an extracurricular internship under Regione Lombardia rules, such as being a recent graduate with no previous internship at hirify.global.
• Fluent Italian at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Fluent English at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and clear communication skills.
• Proactive, curious, and team-oriented approach.
