Corporate Governance Executive Compensation Analyst Trainee EMEA - French Speaker (Corporate Governance)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; office-based five days a week. Candidates must be based in Belgium from the first day of the traineeship.

What you will do

• Inspect publicly disclosed documents of listed companies and support experienced analysts.
• Analyze executive remuneration and pay practices across assigned European markets.
• Apply ISS STOXX methodology for pay-for-performance analysis and qualitative assessments.
• Deliver data and research supporting client voting decisions during proxy voting season.

Requirements

• Fluent English and French, both spoken and written.
• Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business, finance, or law, or current progress toward such a degree.
• Interest in corporate governance, executive compensation, capital markets, research, and data collection.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to process large quantities of information.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Availability for a fixed-term traineeship from 11 January 2027 to 31 May 2027, working onsite five days per week.
