Licensing Consultant (Payments)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; at least 3 days per week in the Warsaw office

Salary: PLN 164,150–269,675, potentially including sales incentive payments; bonus and equity may also apply.

What you will do

• Provide consultative support for medium- to high-complexity licensing requests using hirify.global bylaws, rules, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Guide prospective and current clients through licensing, onboarding, business expansion, and product implementation queries.
• Coordinate with onboarding, implementation, client-facing teams, and other stakeholders to improve the client onboarding experience.
• Monitor licensing application workstreams, maintain status updates, and administer licensing lifecycle requests such as sponsorships, upgrades, downgrades, mergers, acquisitions, and terminations.
• Present licensing processes, timelines, and expectations to clients and internal stakeholders, including customized materials and training.
• Contribute to business requirements, system enhancements, acceptance testing, risk identification, and maintenance of licensing communication resources.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience supported by a Bachelor’s or advanced degree.
• Client-facing experience in financial services, payments, or another regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high work volumes while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Experience coordinating projects, supporting product or service implementations, and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional, multicultural, and remote teams.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of end-to-end licensing processes, business drivers, and client expectations.
• Experience synthesizing technical information into practical business solutions, working with databases and workflow tools, improving processes, or training others.
• Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
