Social Media Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Create, schedule, publish, and manage content across X, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Lead the growth of video channels through daily management, optimization, moderation, trend spotting, and community initiatives.
• Develop culturally relevant content ideas, support leadership profiles, and contribute to campaigns, product launches, events, and community activations.
• Coordinate agencies, creators, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver content on time and to brand standards.
• Monitor social sentiment and emerging issues, escalating risks and supporting crisis communication plans.
• Track and report weekly and monthly performance, improve workflows, and develop social media playbooks.

Requirements

• English fluency required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in social media, content, or brand marketing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to grow social media accounts and execute campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of X, Instagram, TikTok, short-form video formats, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Good understanding of the crypto market and familiarity with Binance's product suite.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with external agencies, partners, or creators.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools for visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos.
• Additional language skills.
