Senior Manager Billing & Infrastructure Cost Controlling

Location: Hybrid, office-first model across European regions, particularly Ukraine and Czechia. Work from another location is available for up to 60 days per year depending on the role.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end bus partner settlement processes across European regions, including kilometre data, contractual terms, self-billing, financial outputs, and month-end closing support.
• Oversee infrastructure cost controlling, including accruals, invoice validation, reconciliation, cost estimates, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Prepare billing and controlling reports, group-level contributions, performance commentary, and ad hoc financial analyses.
• Lead cross-country Finance transformation initiatives from opportunity identification and scoping through stakeholder alignment, delivery, and adoption.
• Identify and implement AI, automation, process redesign, and Lean improvement opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce manual work.
• Act as a senior escalation point for billing and infrastructure cost matters with Operations, Business Development, Finance teams, bus partners, and external providers.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant finance experience in a multinational environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional projects from idea to implementation.
• Hands-on experience with process automation, AI tools, or finance systems implementation.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, work independently, and deliver results without direct authority.
• Fluent English and Ukrainian are required.

• Familiarity with Lean Management, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies.
