Head of Performance Management – Element & Moulds (Manufacturing)

Location: Billund, Denmark. Hybrid work is available with the option to work from home up to two days per week. Relocation is not offered for this role.

What you will do

• Drive performance management across Elements & Moulds Operations, strengthening transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define, implement, and govern KPIs and reporting aligned with strategic priorities and operational excellence.
• Lead data transformation, analytics, data pipelines, and self-service performance visualization using the hirify.global data platform.
• Explore and implement AI, automation, and agent-based digital solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering & Quality, Production, Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Technology stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialists while contributing to the Supply Chain Management Leadership Team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading performance management, KPI reporting or governance, and analytics in a complex operational, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.
• Experience improving business performance, translating strategy into measurable results, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with data transformation, advanced analytics, and digital or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and people leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and verbal, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, predictive analytics, automation, or digital transformation roadmaps.
• Experience with Power BI or similar enterprise reporting and visualization platforms.
• Fluency in Danish, written and spoken.
