PPC Growth Marketing Manager

hirify.global operates in a healthcare advertising environment and focuses this role on growth marketing across PPC, landing pages, and performance analysis.

What you will do

• Build, edit, and optimize Google Ads and Google Ads Editor campaigns under the PPC Lead's direction.
• Manage keywords, negative keywords, budgets, bids, search terms, diagnostics, and account health.
• Write and test responsive search ad copy, assets, and AI-assisted variants within the brand voice.
• Build and edit landing pages in the CMS and run structured A/B tests aligned with search intent.
• Analyze PPC and landing page performance using CAC, LTV, payback, Looker, and Amplitude.
• Share findings with the PPC Lead, Head of Growth, and wider growth team.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance or growth marketing with hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Confidence using Google Ads and Google Ads Editor to make well-reasoned campaign changes.
• Strong ad copywriting skills and experience with A/B testing and statistical significance.
• Experience building and editing pages in a CMS.
• Strong analytical skills, ownership, execution ability, and an AI-first approach to automation.
• Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-aware environment, including healthcare advertising rules.
