TL;DR
Digital Learning and Media Production Support Officer (Digital Learning/Media Production): Producing and maintaining digital learning assets, training recordings, video tutorials, demonstrations, and e-learning content for ESA academy programmes with an accent on instructional design, adult learning, and multimedia quality assurance. Focus on editing and post-production, integrating content into ESA learning environments, applying standards and branding, and building reusable learning assets with structured metadata.
Location: Hybrid role in Noordwijk, Netherlands

What you will do
- Produce, maintain, and publish digital learning assets for PM&C Academy training programmes.
- Record training sessions and Academy events required by ESA.
- Create recorded lectures, video tutorials, learning demonstrations, multimedia content, and e-learning materials.
- Perform editing, post-production, and quality assurance for digital training content.
- Prepare learning content for integration into the Project Management Platform and other ESA learning environments.
- Maintain digital asset catalogues and metadata while developing reusable content for multiple Academy deployment waves.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in adult learning methodologies, instructional design, curriculum development, and professional learning programmes.
- Experience designing, developing, and implementing project management training.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory.

- Knowledge of another European language.
