Project Manager (Digital Marketing)

Location: Remote; city/region listed as Astana, with an address in Minsk

Salary: $1,000–$1,500 gross per month

What you will do

• Build long-term client relationships through email, voice, and video communication.
• Provide technical expertise and deliver marketing and design projects aligned with client needs.
• Understand client business specifics and guide employees working on client accounts.
• Identify potential business issues, propose solutions, and remove project impediments.
• Track project metrics in a CRM system and prepare reports and invoices.
• Facilitate daily meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives, kick-offs, and decision-making sessions while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• English: C1 spoken and written proficiency required
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, including management of several clients in parallel.
• Strong time management and the ability to stay focused without external supervision.
• Deep analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

• Experience with marketing and design projects.
