hirify.global is running a language evaluation project focused on AI search quality and data validation.

What you will do

• Identify realistic search-related failures in AI-generated responses.
• Create search queries, test multiple results, and document what went wrong.
• Evaluate local relevance, source quality, outdated information, language mismatches, incomplete answers, and regional applicability.
• Write instructions and evaluation criteria for correct answers.

Requirements

• Japanese language expertise and deep familiarity with Japan, including local regulations, business practices, and cultural nuances.
• PhD application required for this position.
• Strong research skills and the ability to verify information across multiple sources.
• Critical thinking, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Clear writing skills for producing instructions, rubrics, and evaluation criteria.
• Background in research, quality assurance, compliance, or another precision-focused field is valuable.
