What you will do

• Operate and improve production infrastructure, cloud services, data platforms, and operational systems supporting Wild Rift.
• Build automation and tooling for deployments, migrations, validation, capacity management, and routine operations.
• Troubleshoot distributed systems, participate in incident response and root-cause analysis, and implement follow-up improvements.
• Support releases and operational changes while maintaining service continuity and data integrity.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks, and operational documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, platform, data, and operations teams to improve reliability, scalability, and infrastructure efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; RHCE or RHCSA certification.
• At least 2 years of industry experience or an advanced degree, with professional experience in systems, infrastructure, site reliability, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting production services, preferably in high-availability or live-service environments.
• Working knowledge of Linux, networking, cloud infrastructure, storage, compute, distributed systems, SQL, and data-platform operations.
• Experience with AWS Cloud or Tencent Cloud and the ability to write maintainable automation or production code in Python, Go, Java, or a comparable language.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required, with the ability to work across time zones and technical disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed data technologies, object storage, Kubernetes, Redis, OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting high-volume online services, game telemetry, or player data.
• Experience with capacity planning, cloud cost optimization, infrastructure decommissioning, or multi-region operations.
• Interest in games and the relationship between technical systems and player experience.
