What you will do

• Define and execute logistics strategies aligned with business priorities, growth plans, and global supply chain objectives.
• Lead transportation, warehousing, inbound and outbound operations across Thailand.
• Manage 3PL and 4PL providers, customs brokers, carriers, and service performance.
• Oversee import/export operations, customs compliance, internal controls, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.
• Own logistics budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, business cases, and investment priorities.
• Lead digital transformation, continuous improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and development of the logistics organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, international business, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, and international trade operations.
• At least 8 years of senior leadership experience managing end-to-end logistics in multinational manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Expertise in import/export operations, customs brokerage, trade compliance, logistics strategy, network optimization, and large-scale operational improvement.
• Experience managing logistics partners, transportation networks, warehousing operations, budgets, cost optimization, and capital investment planning.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and multi-site teams, develop talent, manage change, and partner with senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Relevant master’s degree.
• Experience with logistics digital transformation, ERP, warehouse management systems, automation, advanced analytics, IoT, robotics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in crisis management, organizational change, and business continuity.
