SEO & AI Search Specialist, EMEA (Cybersecurity) (SEO/GEO): Creating and optimizing localized website content for the French market to improve organic rankings, AI-powered search visibility, traffic, and conversions with an accent on technical SEO, content localization, and search performance analysis. Focus on researching keywords and competitors, implementing SEO requirements, optimizing content for generative search, and measuring results across international digital assets.

Location: County Cork, Ireland; candidates must permanently reside in Ireland. Hybrid work is available within commuting distance of the Cork office, with fully remote work available for candidates living outside commuting distance in Ireland.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end SEO and GEO workflow, including opportunity research, keyword and competitor analysis, briefs, implementation, tracking, reporting, and audits.
  • Localize and optimize blog articles, product pages, landing pages, glossary pages, and other website content for the French market.
  • Support SEO/GEO strategy development and improve content visibility in AI-powered search results.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product, Design, Marketing, and the global SEO/GEO team to implement and validate SEO requirements.
  • Manage the EMEA blog content calendar and continuously test and refine SEO strategies.
  • Track website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO/GEO tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven record of improving organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Native French speaker with excellent written French and strong knowledge of French search behavior and cultural nuances.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factors and familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and crawling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity industry knowledge and experience with international SEO or French content localization.
  • Experience with SEO reporting, dashboards, conversion rate optimization, landing pages, user journeys, calls to action, and lead generation.
  • Understanding of how content is structured, tokenized, retrieved, and interpreted by search engines and large language models.
  • Experience with Generative Engine Optimization, AI Overviews, AI-powered search platforms, or technical SEO.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python, CSS, and content management systems such as WordPress.
