What you will do

• Develop and optimize high-load backend services using Python and asyncio
• Design system architecture and select appropriate technologies
• Work with messaging and streaming platforms like RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Ensure scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability of distributed systems
• Collaborate in small focused teams responsible for specific product areas
• Debug, trace, and optimize Unix/Linux based systems

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Python experience
• Strong understanding of async programming and event loops
• Experience with multithreading and coroutines
• Proven track record building scalable high-load services
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments
• English proficiency at least B2

Nice to have

• Experience with microservice architectures
• Knowledge of messaging systems RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Experience in iGaming or betting industry
