Chief Marketing Officer (iGaming)

Location: Global, flexible based on the candidate, with regular business trips

What you will do

• Support the Global CMO in refining and executing hirify.global’s global brand positioning.
• Implement a unified but culturally adaptive brand strategy across multiple territories.
• Drive growth and revenue through high-impact marketing strategies for the gambling and crypto industries.
• Coordinate with regional executives, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and coach senior marketing professionals while fostering innovation and creative excellence.
• Optimize marketing operations, financial discipline, ROI, brand consistency, sponsorships, and events across markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in iGaming, ideally in B2C.
• Experience supporting or leading multi-regional marketing strategies at both strategic and executional levels.
• Experience with data analytics, financial forecasting, and performance-driven marketing.
• Experience contributing to brand transformation or repositioning across countries or business units.
• Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and Russian are required.
