Broker Operations and Technical Onboarding Graduate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Support reconciliations, settlement reporting, settlement requests, fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and payment ticket management.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational queries, improve efficiency, and maintain procedures and knowledge resources.
• Monitor digital asset inventory, support operational controls, and assist with management reporting and data analysis.
• Support institutional client onboarding from discovery through go-live, including account, permission, workflow, and platform configuration.
• Assist with client testing, technical validation, conformance processes, and first-line onboarding support.
• Work with Technology teams to investigate technical issues and maintain implementation plans, technical guides, and knowledge-base content.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with an understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows, or software technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of FX, cryptocurrencies, or financial markets.
• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborative work.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about financial markets, technology systems, and trading operations.
