Technical Project Manager (AI)

Location: Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; office-based role.

What you will do

• Own multiple complex projects and programs, including planning, resource planning, reporting, risk and issue tracking, dependency management, and decision follow-up.
• Establish project cadence, governance, execution standards, and source-of-truth practices.
• Use approved AI and agent tools for synthesis, status reporting, risk identification, decision tracking, stakeholder communication, and executive-ready summaries.
• Develop systems, procedures, analytics, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows to improve management efficiency and decision-making.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across areas of expertise to understand requirements, dependencies, risks, and implementation constraints.
• Coach consultants or technical project managers and help teams adopt reusable project management practices and templates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical experience.
• Previous experience in business consulting or project management.
• Experience leading high-impact projects and translating business needs into actionable practices.
• Ability to work independently, lead a small team, and collaborate with senior management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong command of English is required. Comfort with AI-powered tools such as LLMs, copilots, and automation frameworks is expected.
