Senior Designer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Cape Town, South Africa; hybrid with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Candidates must have permission to work in South Africa by the start of employment.

What you will do

• Manage design projects from initial brief and concept development through final delivery.
• Work with another Senior Designer to manage design and branding requirements across the business.
• Develop brochures, illustrations, layouts, infographics, presentations, proposals, social media collateral, and other brand materials.
• Create visual content for web, social media, and email marketing channels.
• Translate complex information into clear and engaging visual communications.
• Act as a brand guardian while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, client-facing teams, and senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Four to six years of professional experience in an in-house design or communications team, or a digital or creative agency.
• Experience in editorial design, art direction, and creative work across print and digital channels.
• Strong knowledge of print production and artwork preparation for print.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Permission to work in South Africa by the start of employment.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B environment.
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, illustration, animation, video editing, or photography.
• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot.
