What you will do

• Synthesize innovative surface-active agents and polymers.
• Advance the alkoxylation core technology platform and contribute to the innovation strategy.
• Explore new technology fields and develop technology strategies.
• Collaborate with Application Development, Analytics, Process Technology, Pilot, and Production teams.

Requirements

• PhD in Organic or Polymer Chemistry; postdoctoral experience is preferred.
• Hands-on, in-depth experience in synthetic organic chemistry.
• Knowledge of green chemistry principles and sustainable process development.
• Creative approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluent German and English.
