What you will do

• Lead the quality engineering strategy and technical direction for a high-load fintech platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
• Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
• Define approaches for performance, load, security, and scalability testing.
• Establish organization-wide testing standards, metrics, and best practices aligned with security and industry compliance.
• Mentor Quality Engineers and SDETs and use KPIs and test analytics to improve testing effectiveness and coverage.

Requirements

• More than 6 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Appium, or comparable test automation tools.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and cloud-based testing infrastructure.
• Programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Understanding of AI principles, AI guards, and MCP.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• ISTQB Advanced or Expert Level certification.
