DevOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and automate GitLab CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases across environments.
• Provision and manage AWS and on-premise infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
• Operate containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes, supporting declarative configuration and GitOps practices.
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Zabbix, including participation in on-call rotations.
• Automate database infrastructure, backups, schema migrations, service deployment, scaling, and operational health.
• Embed security controls into the software development lifecycle, document runbooks, and contribute to technical discussions and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional DevOps or SRE experience focused on automation, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Dockerfiles, and debugging containerized applications; exposure to Kubernetes.
• Practical familiarity with Terraform or Ansible and at least one monitoring, logging, or alerting system.
• Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python or Bash.
• Basic understanding of SDLC security practices, strong analytical skills, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Clear English communication and a collaborative approach to shared ownership and rapid feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-driven systems such as ActiveMQ or contributions to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with backend development concepts such as Java and Spring Boot.
• Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals including EC2, S3, and IAM.
• Financial-services or high-throughput data-processing experience.
