Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work model with in-person collaboration.

What you will do
- Lead security design and implementation initiatives on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) platform.
- Own identity management and access control, including OCI IAM policies, compartments, identity domains, and federation.
- Design and enforce Zero Trust architecture and policies across the cloud environment.
- Architect and maintain Active Directory multi-site design and replication, including ADFS federation, claims-based authentication, SSO, and certificate management.
- Administer OCI Bastion, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Group Policy Objects (GPO), Cloud Guard, and OCI Vault.
- Design network security rules, harden systems against CIS Benchmarks and STIG standards, conduct vulnerability scanning, and manage audit logging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Strong cybersecurity background and security expertise.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience with OCI IAM policies, compartments, identity domains, and federation.
- Experience with Active Directory multi-site design and replication.
- Experience with ADFS federation, claims-based authentication, SSO, and certificates.
- Experience with OCI Bastion, Privileged Access Management (PAM), GPO for user and computer policies, OCI Cloud Guard, and OCI Vault.
- Experience designing and enforcing Zero Trust policies, Security Lists, and NSG rules.
- Experience with CIS Benchmarks, STIG compliance, vulnerability scanning, and audit log management.
