Focus on designing release-qualification criteria, executing FIPS 140-3 and NIST compliance campaigns, and validating performance, stability, interoperability, and security across hardware, firmware, drivers, and software.

What you will do
- Own system-level quality assurance for FPGA-based cryptographic hardware, HSM, and network-appliance products.
- Define and execute functional, performance, stress, stability, and negative test plans across hardware, firmware, drivers, and cryptographic APIs.
- Build and maintain automated regression suites, hardware-in-the-loop test benches, CI integrations, and test-result dashboards.
- Run ACVP/CAVP, FIPS 140-3, CNSA 2.0, and FPGA compliance test campaigns with verification and security engineers.
- Perform interoperability testing against protocol stacks and customer-representative configurations.
- Own defect triage and establish release-qualification criteria for product releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least five years of experience in quality assurance or system testing for embedded, hardware, or networking products.
- Hands-on experience building test automation with Python or a similar language and integrating it into CI.
- Experience with laboratory equipment and hardware-in-the-loop test setups.
- Fluent English is required.
- Access to U.S. export-controlled technology may require U.S. Person status, an applicable license, or a license exception.
Nice to have
- Security or compliance testing experience, including FIPS or Common Criteria.
- Experience testing cryptographic or networking functionality.
- French or German language skills.
