What you will do
- Design and implement automated tests for frontend, backend, and API flows using Playwright with TypeScript or C#.
- Test microservices-based systems, including dependencies, service interactions, and release sequencing.
- Validate Azure-based and event-driven workflows, including Service Bus topics and related integrations.
- Coordinate release readiness and help prioritize testing across the engineering team.
- Combine automation with manual and exploratory testing while improving sustainable manual testing practices.
- Use AI-assisted tools for test creation, maintenance, triage, and analysis.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in QA, test automation, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with test automation, frontend and API testing, and modern frameworks such as Playwright.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, C#, or another automation language.
- Practical experience with APIs, backend workflows, microservices, and release coordination.
- Familiarity with Azure or other cloud environments.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and balance quality, speed, and pragmatism.
Nice to have
- Experience building QA processes for a growing team.
- Experience with event-driven or message-based systems and infrastructure concepts supporting reliable testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
- Experience using AI tools for testing, analysis, or maintenance.
- Background in product-oriented engineering environments or security-related and data-sensitive systems.
