What you will do
- Develop business intelligence and data science solutions supporting investment banking and financial services operations.
- Design data models, dashboards, and reports in Power BI.
- Promote and integrate AI tools and practices to improve team productivity and delivery.
- Drive technical decisions and foster innovation across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
- Support the continuous evolution of the team's technical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- More than 9 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Data Engineer, or in a similar leadership position.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating in Agile environments.
- Fluent English required.
