Full-Stack & Mobile Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote within the European Union; candidates must be located in Greece, Germany or Austria

hirify.global GmbH is a Swiss startup building AI voice agents that make and answer business phone calls through real-time phone and web conversations.

What you will do

• Design, develop and maintain the web application using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS and TypeScript.
• Build flow editor, call analytics, billing and partner tools.
• Develop the native companion app with Expo, React Native or Swift.
• Build features across the interface, database and Python services using Prisma and PostgreSQL.
• Own features end to end, from customer needs and requirements through delivery and validation.
• Apply DevOps practices with Docker and, when appropriate, Kubernetes; participate in reviews and architecture planning.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Greece, Germany or Austria.
• Proficiency with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
• Experience building mobile applications with Expo, React Native, Swift or a comparable stack.
• Relevant web or mobile development experience; junior, mid-level and senior candidates are considered.
• English proficiency is essential for written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate in a distributed team and take ownership of features.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL or Supabase.
• Python and FastAPI experience for backend services.
• Docker and Kubernetes fundamentals.
• Experience with real-time features, audio or AI products.
• German language skills.
