Senior Software Engineer (PHP)

Location: Remote within Poland; Krakow option available

Salary: 131–179 PLN/hour + VAT on B2B contract, or 18,260–24,900 PLN gross on a permanent contract

What you will do

• Own features end to end, from refinement and engineering decisions through production delivery.
• Design and build scalable, reliable, and usable marketplace applications with architects.
• Enhance the checkout process and post-booking experience.
• Define requirements and milestones with business stakeholders, iterating based on measured performance.
• Contribute to technical and architectural standards across the organization.
• Mentor teammates and participate in hiring.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in PHP and Symfony.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems and working with relational databases.
• Experience designing APIs and integrating third-party systems.
• Hands-on experience using LLM-based tools and building AI-driven solutions.
• Professional working proficiency in English and comfort working with business stakeholders.
