SEO Team Lead

Location: Remote from Georgia, Poland, or Serbia; listed cities include Tbilisi, Warsaw, and Poznań.

hirify.global is hiring for a team leadership role within its SEO function.

What you will do

• Manage SEO Specialists and Link Builders, including workload planning, delegation, progress tracking, and quality control.
• Plan weekly sprints and assign research, link building, web development, copywriting, and other SEO tasks.
• Coordinate SEO reporting and KPI tracking with the Head of Content Marketing.
• Review, crawl, and audit company websites; monitor keyword rankings and maintain technical health and organic visibility.
• Analyze competitors, monitor Google algorithm updates, and communicate risks and action plans.
• Lead bi-weekly SEO Sync meetings, support hiring and onboarding, and improve cross-functional SEO processes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of SEO experience and up to 2 years of SEO team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM principles, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Semrush, Ahrefs, SE Ranking or similar tools; Jira, Asana, Trello or similar project management platforms.
• Experience with GA4, Looker, Google Search Console, Google Workspace, and basic Google Ads and HTML knowledge.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher required.

Nice to have

• SEO certification.
• Spanish or Portuguese language knowledge.
• Knowledge of ChatGPT and Generative Search Experience principles.
• Experience with WordPress.
