💼 Project: Development of a high-performance, scalable distributed platform for an international company operating in the financial, insurance, and assistance services industry.
The project focuses on designing and evolving distributed backend systems using Go, building reliable microservice architectures, and ensuring high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
Key responsibilities include designing distributed systems, optimizing concurrency models in Go, developing REST/gRPC APIs, working with PostgreSQL and event-driven architectures, and improving CI/CD processes.
Both roles involve technical decision-making, collaboration with product teams and stakeholders, architecture and code reviews, and maintaining high engineering standards.
📢 Who We’re Looking For:
🔹 Lead Go Developer
5+ years of Go development experience.
2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong expertise in Go concurrency, distributed systems, and high-performance backend development.
Experience in system design, CI/CD, and complex integrations.
Background in FinTech or banking is highly valued.
🔹 Go Architect / Solution Architect
7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years of production Go.
Proven experience designing scalable distributed and high-load systems.
Strong expertise in microservices, REST/gRPC, PostgreSQL, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ/NATS), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with architecture reviews, technical leadership, and system reliability.
Background in FinTech, banking, or regulated industries.
For both roles:
Hands-on experience implementing or integrating AI tools into engineering workflows.
Strong technical leadership and communication skills.
Relevant higher education in Computer Science or a related field.
Advanced English (C1+).
📍 Working Conditions:
🌍 Fully remote.
🕘 Fixed schedule: 09:00–18:00 CET/CEST.
• Long-term international project.
• Client-provided equipment.
• No planned overtime or on-call duties.
• B2B in Serbia.
• Other locations may be considered under B2B arrangements.
• No hiring in Russia or Belarus.
